Paradise Golf Instruction is a Student Oriented organization. Our primary goal is to fulfill the needs of our clients. Based in Markham, Ontario, we are affiliated with numerous driving ranges and golf courses in the region, including Toronto, Markham, Unionville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, North York, Aurora, Newmarket and Stouffville. We also utilize several indoor facilities throughout the colder months and during inclement weather.
The Director of Instruction, Lionel Martin, has been teaching in the local area for several years. He was certified through the Canadian Golf Teachers Federation (CGTF) and the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF), and is a member in good standing. His teaching methods are student based, tailoring each session to the student’s individual abilities and learning styles. His specialty is the short game, but his lessons also include all aspects of the basic set-up fundamentals, the full swing, sand-trap shots, trouble shots, golf etiquette, course management, and the rules of golf.
Currently, lessons are taught at Fairtree Golf Centre (Kennedy Rd near Angus Glen Golf Course), Swank Golf on BurOak in Markham, and Beach Fairway Golf Range on Victoria Park south of Danforth). During the winter months and inclement weather, lessons are taught at Metro Golf Dome on Milner Ave, Launch Golf Centre on Director Ct (near 407 and 400), and InnerGolf on Sudbury St (near King St. West and Dufferin).
